This is one of the only recommendations I have ever done. To say thank you does not seem enough.
I was in charge of finding a moving company to move my 93 year old grandmother from Madison , WI to assisted liveing facicilties in Sun City, AZ. Coordinationg all this from Austin, TX did not help. Considering that she is on a fixed income - I was extremely nervous that whoever I found would never be able to live up to her demands and expectations. I called so many companies that I had to create a spreadsheet to keep track of the bids. To say that your company stood apart is an understatement. Your A+ BBB ratind and your 5 out of 5 star rating put you at the top of the list. Having Scott WHite come out and do a walk-through with my grandma buket her confidence and made the decision easy.
Scott's personal attention to my grandmother was amazing:
- personally delivering boxes.
-calling to make sure the packing was going well, even though he was on his honeymoon.
-following up afterwards to see how the moveres handled everything. -Amazing.
The Movers, Micah and he crew arrived on time and had everything loaded up in less than 2 hours even, without hitting any corners or door jams. The delivery was days ahead of the estimate and they arrived on time and as promised.
I would recommend your company with out hestiation. You have amazing people. On behalf of grandmother's family - we thank you.

Dear Mr. Rolf Olson,
I realize I am delayed in writing you but Abe and I still would like you to know how pleased we were with our move. You moved us on Aug 4th, with loading on Aug 3rd. Granted it was only an across town move but everything worked out according to schedule just as you said it would.
We were very happy with the young men assigned to us. Tom being the one in charge was very professional and polite. I appreciated the way he treated us in every aspect of the move. I felt I could talk to him about any concerns I had too. Plus not a thing was broken which is a compliment to his profession & the way he loads boxes, furniture etc. in the truck.
All the men with him were so kind & polite too. Dominque, Seth, Matt I believe and another one I am forgetting. They all shook out hands upon entering our home and treated our belongings like their own. I will recommend your company to anyone.

"Capital City Transfer, Inc. exceeded my expectations. First I had two positive moving experiences in the past with the company. Nevertheless, I took four competitive estimates. Capital City Transfer, Inc. made the best binding bid on all comparative items. However what was unique was that Rolf Olson listened to my concerns and addressed each one. He kept his promises. His staff made sure to pack and load many fragile art pieces very carefully. At my new home they were conscientious in putting my furniture and boxes in the designated places. I couldn't have asked for more in every respect.
I highly recommend Rolf Olson and his staff for not only their expertise but also giving extra care to make the moving process a success.

Moving from Wisconsin to Missouri, all personnel (the president, packers, movers, the driver) wer prompt, cuorteous, professional, and considerate of all our belongings. "We selected your firm from numerous competitors to handle the movement of our household goods and our precious Ford Thunderbird. We has to move from Madison, Wisconsin to Beaumont, Texas as a result of my job transfer to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Beaumont.
The packing of our high value items by Matt was a good decision. He was careful and conscientious, which resulted in zero damage to that property. He also permitted my husband and I to get his advice on the packing that we were doing.
The hauling driver, Bob Kukrecht, was the most experienced loader we've had in our 10 household moves. He was confident in his decision, reassuring in his answers to our many questions, and a good supervisor of the moving crews on both ends. Most important to us, was the movement of our precious hardtop convertible. Bob was involved in every aspect of moving the vehicle on and off of the moving van from the warehouse docks. He secured and padded the ethical in the cozy storage area below the decking at the rear of the van. He even checked it periodically during the long trip from Wisconsin to Texas and reported its status to us on the phone.
In summary, we are very pleased with the services rendered. If the packer and driver can receive special recognition, we would appreciate it. They were terrific!"
